The Residences at W. Hollywood Are Quite Impressive
Wednesday evening I had the opportunity to attend a Broker Preview of the Residences of W. Hollywood and let me tell you it was something to behold. Located at the corner of Hollywood & Vine, right in the center of the entertainment capitol of the world, these luxury accommodations leave nothing to the imagination.
Recent bold new pricing was immediately evident as one-bedroom units are now available starting in the $300k’s and two-bedroom units now starting at $525k. The pricing itself is impressive but the amenities that are included boggle the most jaded of minds. 24-hour concierge, valet parking, access to Sweat, and a rooftop pool that puts all others to shame are just some of the amenities. Others include access to all hotel service with signing privileges, a private entry and lobby lounge, and did I mention the best rooftop pool deck in the country?
But all of that pales in comparison to the feeling you get as you stand in front of the window in one of these units and stare out at the city of Los Angeles. It is a feeling that you have arrived, that you are living the lifestyle that you worked so hard to attain. This truly is luxury living at its finest.
