Preview of the NFL Draft - The Sports Relocation Edition @NFL #NFL
The annual NFL Draft is coming soon and SportsRelocation.com will be watching with millions of other football fans to see the latest additions to teams across the country.
This Thursday, April 25th, the first round of selections will occur, followed by Rounds 2&3 on Friday, April 26th and Rounds 4-7 on Saturday, April 27th. When all is said and done over 200 college players will begin their careers in the National Football League.
The order of selection for the first ten teams is as follows:
Kansas City Chiefs
Jacksonville Jaguars
Oakland Raiders
Philadelphia Eagles
Detroit Lions
Cleveland Browns
Arizona Cardinals
Buffalo Bills
New York Jets
Tennessee Titans
Those teams, and twenty-two others, will have their sights set on the top college players in America. Arguably, the top twenty players to be chosen will be:
Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Ziggy Ansah, DE, BYU
Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Barkevious Mingo, DE, LSU
Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Kenny Vaccaro, S, Texas
Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Tank Carradine, DT, Florida State
Alec Ogletree, LB, Georgia
Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Obviously this is the year for teams to plug up holes in the offensive and defensive lines, as this draft is overflowing with agile and extremely large lineman and linebackers. In fact, this year is an oddity for its lack of quarterbacks in the top twenty as well as a lack of running backs.
SportsRelocation.com will be eager to see who is selected, and we will be standing on the proverbial sidelines waiting to help these new pros with their relocation needs.
