- St. Louis Rams: signed Steve Smith, WR, to a one-year contract; signed Matthew Mulligan, TE, to a two-year contract; signed Quinn Ojinnaka, T, to a one-year contract.
- Arizona Cardinals: signed William Gay, CB, to a two-year contract.
- Denver Broncos: signed Caleb Hanie, QB, to a two-year contract.
- New Orleans: signed Curtis Lofton, LB, to a five-year contract
- Baltimore Ravens: signed Sean Considine, S, to a one-year contract; signed Corey Graham, CB, to a two-year contract
- Carolina Panthers: signed Chris Manno, WR, to an undisclosed contract.
- Cincinnati Bengals: signed Derrick Harvey, DE, to an undisclosed contract; signed Jamall Anderson, DE, to an undisclosed contract.
- Denver Broncos: signed Jacob Tamme, TE, to a three-year contract; signed Joel Dreessen, TE, to an undisclosed contract.
- Green Bay Packers: signed Daniel Muir, DT, to an undisclosed contract.
