The MLB trade deadline of 4:00 pm. EDT has passed and it was a very busy last day of trades. Teams waited seemingly until the last minute and then the dam broke and a flurry of trades happened quickly.
Here are the deals that have transpired during the past couple of days:
- The Dodgers traded Josh Lindblom and Ethan Martin to Philadelphia for Shane Victorino
- Toronto traded Eric Thames to Seattle for Steve Delabar
- Dodgers traded Leon Landry and Logan Bawcom to Seattle for Brandon League
- Pittsburgh traded Brad Lincoln to Toronto for Travis Snider
- Texas traded a double-A pitcher to Chicago Cubs for Geovany Soto
- Atlanta traded Arodys Vizcaino and Jaye Chapman to the Cubs for Reed Johnson and Paul Maholm
- Arizona traded Bobby Borchering and Marc Krauss to Houston for Chris Johnson
- Oakland traded Fautino De Los Santos to Milwaukee for George Kottaras
- The White Sox traded Eduardo Escobar and Pegro Hernandez to Minnesota for Fransisco Liriano
- The Giants traded Charlie Culberson to Colorado for Marco Scutaro
- The Angels traded Jean Segura, Johnny Hellweg and Ariel Pena to Milwaukee for Zack Greinke
- The Dodgers traded Nathan Eovaldi and Scott McGough to Miami for Hanley Ramirez and Randy Choate
- Tampa Bay sent Tyler Bortnick to Arizona for Ryan Roberts
- Pittsburgh sent Robbie Grossman, Rudy Owens and Colton Cain to Houston for Wandy Rodriguez
- Cleveland traded Jose De La Torre to Boston for Brent Lillibridge
- The Yankees traded D.J. Mitchell and Danny Farquhar to Seattle for Ichiro Suzuki
- Detroit traded Jacob Turner, Rob Brantly and Brian Flynn to Miami for Anibal Sanchez and Omar Infante
- The White Sox traded Matt heidenreich and Blair Walters to Houston for Brett Myers
