Michael Jordan's Highland Park Mansion Hitting The Auction Block

How would you like a $29 million mansion for a cool quarter-million?

The chances of that happening are slim, but on November 22^nd anything is possible as Michael Jordon’s 56,000 square foot Chicago home will go up for auction to all who pay the quarter-million deposit.

No matter what the final bid price will be, someone will walk away with a steal at the upcoming auction. Located on more than seven acres, this tri-level home in Highland Park has something for everyone. It includes nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a three-bedroom guess wing, outdoor tennis court, pool pavilion, deep water pond, putting green and climate-controlled multi-car garage.

Want more? How about a full-sized regulation basketball court that is attached to the home but with separate entry complete with locker rooms, showers, lounge and observation deck?

The mansion was originally listed at $29 million, then dropped to $21 million and still no interest was shown. You can bet interest will be shown on November 22^nd.

Jordan explains that he is selling the home because his children are all grown and he already has a vacation home in Utah and a family home in Jupiter, Florida where he and his wife live in a new $12.4 million home that was just completed.
