Matt Leinhart Lists Manhattan Beach Home
Matt Leinart, the former USC star and Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback, has listed his Manhattan Beach home for $2.059 million. He purchased the home in January 2012 for $1.45 million.
This three-story beach home is nestled among other beach dwellings on popular Manhattan Beach, and it boasts an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout. It also includes an updated kitchen, a wrap-around deck with outstanding views of the coastline, a bedroom suite and living room area on each level.
There is also a spiral staircase inside and outside to each level of the home, as well as a small turf yard under an awning at ground level.
Leinart has played six seasons in the NFL for Arizona, Houston and Oakland. He is currently a free agent.
