J. Stokes Sells Redwood City Celebrity Real Estate
It seems there has been a flood of celebrity real estate news of late, and the latest is the sale of a Redwood City home owned by J. Stokes, the former UCLA Bruins wide receiver and veteran NFL player.
Stokes sold his home for $1.91 million, which was more than the asking price by more than $185,000, and he purchased the home in June, 1996, for $640,000.
This pro athlete home was built in 1985 and is a traditional style on one-third of an acre in the Cordilleras Heights neighborhood of Emerald Hills. It is a two-story home with 2,620 square feet of living space that includes formal living spaces, raised ceilings, a den, updated kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths.
Outdoors is perfect for entertaining with mature trees that provide a wonderful canopy for the pool and spa.
