Athlete Relocation Quickly and Efficiently

The perfect scenario for an athlete relocation is to be traded or to sign a free agent contract during the off-season.  Such a transaction gives the athlete time to consider the relocation, prepare for it, and make necessary arrangements at a fairly easy pace.

Not so if the athlete is traded during the playing season.  In that case, the relocation is anything but leisurely.  At Sportsrelocation.com, we get these calls all the time.  It goes something like this:

“I was just traded to Atlanta.  I have 24 hours to report there, and I need temporary living accommodations, then more permanent housing.  I have to do something with my home in Los Angeles and oh, yes, I need to get my automobile transported to Atlanta as soon as possible.  What can you do for me?” We can do it all as a matter of fact.  First thing we do is find suitable luxury living accommodations for the athlete in Atlanta.  This will usually be a luxury hotel to give him/her a home base from which to work while we take care of the other details of his relocation.  At the same time, we schedule the pick u/delivery of his vehicles.

Once he is settled in Atlanta, then we’ll meet with him and start discussing more permanent housing.  We will discuss his needs and desires regarding athlete real estate, and we will begin that search, all the while putting his previous home on the market and contacting our network of celebrities and pro athletes to let them know a new luxury home is on the market in Los Angeles.

Leaving the athlete to just play his sport and not worry at all about the relocation.
