A client recently came into our Los Angeles office.  They had a bit of a sheepish look on their face and seemed a bit embarrassed.  “I know this sounds like a stupid question since this is Los Angeles,” he said.  “But do you know the best neighborhoods for a family in Atlanta?”

Not a stupid question at all, and we told him so, and then we told him the best family-friendly neighborhoods in Atlanta…and that earned us a smile.

He was pleasantly surprised and he asked us how we knew that about a city that was 2,000 miles away.
