NBA BOARD OF GOVERNORS RECOMMEND KINGS STAY IN SACRAMENTO In a stunning announcement, the NBA Board of Governors Relocation Committee recommended that the Kings should not be sold to a Seattle group headed by Chris Hansen and Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.
