Shortly after signing a two-year deal with the Miami Heat worth $2.8 million, Chris “Birdman” Andersen paid $1.89 million for a miami athlete real estate in the Colins Acres area of Pinecrest, an upscale suburb of Miami, becoming neighbors with NBA star Lamar Odom.
Miami Athlete Real Estate

The one-acre property has all the luxuries you would expect for a professional athlete. Included are a lighted tennis court, heated free-form swimming pool and separate guest house.  There are 7,505 square feet of living space in the main house.  It includes a super large living room, family room with fireplace, a massive kitchen for entertaining and a master suite with marble flooring throughout.

The $417,000 mortgage was obtained immediately after the sale of his former residence at 5826 SW 107th Street.

The one-acre lot offers loads of privacy, always a main feature of celebrity real estate, and rumor has it that tennis court will soon be a full-sized basketball court befitting this Miami fan favorite.
